UK Orders
Returns are accepted for standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom illustrations / personalised orders
- Digital items (if applicable)
🌍 International Orders
Orders sent via untracked services may take longer to arrive.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
